You get 9 hours of 1:1 coaching and mentoring time to be used in the best way to suit you and the needs of your business. Your time can be used in monthly 45-minute coaching calls, half-day strategy sessions, or to support you on specific projects.
A weekly drop-in group session on a Monday at midday (60 mins) on Zoom (optional to attend). This happens every week - unless there is a public holiday, or I’m away. This session is about collaboration, asking questions, sharing ideas, and supporting each other. They’re a great way to connect with the rest of the group and to access help from the group's combined expertise and experience.
A monthly group masterminding session (120 mins and replaces one of the weekly drop-in sessions) where each member has a 15-minute time slot to explore a question, challenge, or opportunity from their holistic business with the group members.
4 x group planning sessions (90 mins) at the start of each quarter to map out your goals for the quarter ahead so you know what your focus is.
A private WhatsApp group for additional support outside of the calls, for you to share your progress and updates, and interact with the other member of the group.
Plus - you'll have access to my library of marketing and business masterclasses during your time in the mastermind.
Your investment is ÂŁ147 per month for the next 12 months

Hello, I'm Helen!
I’m a chartered marketer, coach and mentor, author, speaker, and content creator specialising in helping holistic practitioners find clients and succeed on their terms.
Having spent 14 years working full-time as a practitioner in health and wellbeing, I understand the joy you feel in watching your clients transform their lives. I also know what it takes to be successful.
But it wasn’t always that way, whilst I had business and marketing skills – I’d always worked behind the scenes, shining the spotlight on others. The idea of me being visible was terrifying and it took a lot of mindset work to build my confidence and trust in myself.
